2. Estimates & Proposals
Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection.
Additional work or changes requested after acceptance of an estimate may result in revised pricing.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations
Project scheduling is based on weather conditions, crew availability, and material supply.
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the job site during agreed-upon hours.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in writing.
Accepted forms of payment will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.
Late payments may be subject to service charges.
5. Warranties & Limitations
Reimer Paint & Coatings stands by the quality of our workmanship. Warranty details will be specified in your project agreement.
Normal wear and tear, structural issues, or damage caused by external factors (e.g., water leaks, storms, or misuse) are not covered under warranty.
Specialty coatings may carry product-specific warranties from the manufacturer.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for preparing the job site (removing personal items, covering valuables, securing pets, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.
Any delays caused by site inaccessibility or unpreparedness may result in additional charges.
